1. Agreement and eligibility
By using the services, you agree to these terms and confirm you can enter a binding agreement. Organization users also confirm they are authorized to act for their organization where applicable.
2. Design-partner and beta access
ATLAS is currently offered through limited design partnerships and may change, be interrupted, or contain errors. Access, support, integrations, fees, and service commitments may be governed by a separate signed agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
3. Accounts and authority
Keep credentials secure and provide accurate information. Organization owners and administrators control memberships, roles, data sources, monitors, posture, and other company settings. Do not bypass access controls or represent that you have authority you do not possess.
4. AI outputs and actions
AI outputs may be incomplete or wrong. Review important conclusions and maintain accountable human owners. Preview and approval features reduce risk but do not replace professional judgment. Do not arm or approve an action unless you understand its target, effect, and reversibility.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to violate law or rights; conduct harmful surveillance; deceive people; distribute malware; evade security controls; access systems without permission; make prohibited high-impact decisions without lawful safeguards; or develop, test, or deploy weapons. Follow the applicable acceptable-use policy.
6. Your data and instructions
You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and protect it while providing the service. You are responsible for having lawful rights and notices for data you connect or instruct ATLAS to process.
7. Our technology
XAGI Labs retains rights in the services, software, research, models, documentation, branding, and improvements, excluding your content and third-party materials. Feedback may be used to improve the services without identifying confidential customer information publicly.
8. Confidentiality
Non-public product, research, security, customer, and business information disclosed in a design partnership must be protected with reasonable care and used only for the partnership, subject to any separate agreement.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for security, legal, non-payment, abuse, or material breach. You or your organization may end access according to the applicable agreement. Sections that by nature should survive will survive.
10. Disclaimers and liability
Except for promises in a signed agreement, services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any additional limits, indemnities, warranties, or service levels are defined in the applicable agreement.
11. Governing law and contact
Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Contact legal@xagilab.com.
